Love the clean skin and hair care products. Also, the bed was great because it was firm. Having water, coffee, and tea available 24 hours were great. The bad part is the location. It was the only area with a crazy sand/dust storm. Other nearby areas like Palm Springs were fine and pretty calm. But this area was crazy, like on another planet. Someone with severe allergy like me was very affected by it.The only thing the hotel can do is possibly consider changing the 2 automatic front doors to not open at the same time, letting everything in to the lobby and dining area.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast were delicious and the gathering on Wednesday night was great. The manager Miguel was extremely helpful as was Debbie Bianca, and all the staff they went out of their way to provide wonderful service. The place had a very homey safe feeling and any request we made was immediately taken care of if I needed extra pillows or something they were Johnny on the spot. The location was great for us, and it was so very convenient well lit and kept up very well. I can’t say enough about how the new manager who only been there a very short time was so efficient and everybody was so caring and would welcome you every time you came back to the hotel. The kitchen and the eating area was always spotless and there was coffee 24 seven and water was freely given to people who had a Hilton account, it was a pleasure to stay there and it was certainly convenient for us. One of the nicest places we have stayed for a long time for a longer stay than normal. I would stay there again in a New York minute minute. Five stars🤗❤️

The staff and manager went above and beyond my expectations to make me feel like I was home, Not a Hotel. The staff are friendly and caring. You feel it throughout your stay, not just when you check in. I just have a suggestion. Would you please add a couple of waffle makers. Thank you.

Great location great breakfast and Wednesday evening cocktail party. Very friendly staff very accommodating with any needs that you had that came up. Would stay here again as it was clean comfortable and they changed breakfast menus frequently well done management and staff work great they knew your names when you came back every day. Well done.

I really like the size of the room and the kitchen. Wish we knew beforehand there wasn’t dish liquid dish soap to maintain cleaning
